How does the Computer Program Service work?

The Computer Program Service (CPS) is part of an intergovernmental organisation. Therefore, it follows the rules established by its participating countries.
  • There is NO direct download of any material from the Computer Program Service website.
  • Restrictions apply to the material you receive from us, and depend on the material you are willing to obtain.
  • Each request is processed individually, and the corresponding licence and restrictions will be sent to you during the request process.
  • Once your request has been validated, the package will be sent to your liaison officer. Depending on the option you have chosen, your liaison officer will receive either a download link (valid for 15 days) or a physical media (CD or DVD) via mail. She/he must then make it available to you.
The CPS team does its best to offer you the most efficient service possible.
Contact if you have any questions.
